Program Description and Use Cases: Angels of America HomeCare offers an SMS/text messaging program to facilitate communication regarding home care services. By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Angels of America HomeCare to send automated and manual text messages to the number you provided. These messages are used for:

  • Service updates and scheduling changes
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Onboarding instructions, documentation requests, and coordination of care.

Your consent to receive text messages is completely voluntary and is not a condition of receiving care or services from us.

Opt-In: You can opt in by providing your phone number on our website contact/intake forms or verbally consenting during your intake call.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number we messaged you from to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to opt in again, simply sign up as you did the first time or contact our office.
